Goa is a Filipino municipality in the Camarines Sur Province , in the administrative region of V, Bicol. It has 63,308 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 34 barangays . It is classified as a second income class community in the Philippines. Its neighboring communities are Tinambac in the northwest, Calabanga in the west, Lagonoy in the northeast, San Jose in the east, Ocampo and Tigaon in the south. Parts of the Mount Isarog National Park are on the territory of the municipality.
