Sipocot is a Filipino municipality in the province of Camarines Sur , in the administrative region V, Bicol. It has 64,855 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 46 barangays . It is classified as the first income class community in the Philippines. Their neighboring communities are Lupi in the west, Libmanan in the southeast, and Cabusao in the east. In the northeast, the community borders on San Miguel Bay , a tributary of the Philippine Sea into which the Bicol River flows.

The community center is about 40 km northwest of the provincial capital Pili and can be reached via the Maharlika Highway . There is a regular rail link between Manila and Sipocot, operated by the Philippine National Railways .

Parts of the Bicol Natural Park are located in the municipal area.
