Ragay is a Filipino municipality in the province of Camarines Sur , in the administrative region V, Bicol. It has 58,214 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 38 barangays . She belongs to the first income bracket of the communities in the Philippines. Your neighboring communities are Del Gallego in the northwest and Lupi in the northeast. In the southwest, the municipality borders the Gulf of Ragay , a tributary of the Sibuyan Sea . There is a regular rail link between Manila and Ragay, operated by the Philippine National Railways .
