Attractions
La Cour de Gourbesville Castle was built in the 16th century. However, only the entrance portal remains from that time. One pavilion dates from the beginning of the 17th century. In the middle of the 18th century the castle and pigeon house were destroyed. Around 1907 the stables were converted into residential buildings, but burned down in 1944. After the Second World War , the castle was restored. Today it is privately owned.
The oldest preserved part of the Saint-Hermeland church is the choir from the 18th century. The altar of the church, however, dates from the first half of the 17th century and has been classified as a monument historique since 1982 .

The image of the community is characterized by pastures, which are bordered by hedges and rows of trees. This form of parceling is called bocage .
