Greta Garbo's expanded filmography lists all of the actress's feature films. The list provides information about the film studio or distributor responsible for the production and, if verified information is available, about the production costs and box office results. The dates under theatrical release refer to the start of the official distribution in the country of manufacture and the premiere in Germany.

In addition to the duration in minutes, the technical data column shows whether the film is silent (S) or sound film (T). All of Greta Garbo's films were shot in black and white. The production costs are in US dollars.
