The place Groisbach with about 80 houses, an inn and an old chapel is the cadastral community of Alland . The place - a popular excursion destination in the Vienna Woods since the turn of the 20th century - is located between Alland, Maria Raisenmarkt and the pilgrimage church Hafnerberg in Hafnerberg .

In addition to an inn and a few farms, the only economic factor of the place is the rehabilitation center of the pension insurance institution - a former lung sanatorium - with around 100 employees.
