Gunwi County ( Korean : 군위군 , Gunwi-gun ) is located in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province in South Korea . The administrative headquarters are in the city of Gunwi-eup. The district had an area of 614 km² and a population of 24,381 people in 2019. The district is located north of the city of Daegu .
