The Higher Commander of the Flak Artillery Schools was a division of the German Air Force during the Second World War .

Establishment, order and dissolution

It was set up in the spring of 1940. On November 5, 1944, the office was merged with the Higher Commander of the Field Artillery Schools to form the Flak School Division . The department was subordinate to the General of the Flak Artillery at the Reich Minister of Aviation and Commander in Chief of the Air Force. The headquarters were in Berlin . As of June 4, 1941, the following schools were subordinate to him:

The main task of the agency included, in addition to the activity as a superior on duty, the supervision and regulation of uniform training at all flak schools. Furthermore, the organization of anti-aircraft weapons courses, the implementation of tests and instruction in ballistics and meteorology.
