The München-Haar Disciples , officially Disciples München-Haar eV from 1990 , are a baseball club founded in 1990 from Haar near Munich . The club's first men's team plays in the Bundesliga baseball . The women's first team also plays in the first softball league .

The association was founded on June 20, 1990 by ten people. A good year later, on April 21, 1991, the team played their first game against Munich Brewers .

On the occasion of the association's 20th anniversary, the first mayor Helmut Dworzak awarded President Todd Covell honorary citizenship of the community of Haar on January 16, 2011.
