Hae Coni ( Hae-Coni , Haeconi ) is an East Timorese place and Suco in the administrative office of Baguia ( municipality of Baucau ).

2319 inhabitants (2015) live in Hae Coni, of which 1243 are men and 1076 women. The population density is 125.1 inhabitants / km². There are 451 households in the Suco. Over 90% of the population name Makasae as their mother tongue. About 5% speak Tetum Prasa .

Before the 2015 territorial reform, Hae Coni had an area of ​​17.26 km². Now it is 18.54 km². The Suco is located in the southwest of the administrative office of Baguia. To the east is the Suco Alawa Craik , northeast of the Suco Samalari and southwest of the Suco Osso Huna . In the northwest, Hae Coni borders the administrative office of Quelicai with its Sucos Laisorolai de Cima , Uaitame , Guruça and Namanei and in the south of the administrative office of Uatucarbau (municipality of Viqueque ) with its Suco Afaloicai . The river Bassaruai , a source of the Irebere , rises in the south and follows the southern border to the east.

A country road that comes from Baguia runs through the south of the Sucos. The larger towns of Sucos lie on both sides. In addition to Hae Coni, these are: Afalari , Bahatata , Basarauai ( Bacarauai , Bacarui , Baçar Uai ), Larigua , Malulai , Namanei and Uaiboro ( Uai Boro ).

In the Suco there are the six Aldeias Afalari , Bahatata , Basarauai , Larigua and Uaiboro .

politics

In the elections of 2004/2005 was Anselmo Simões elected Chefe de Suco and in 2009 re-elected. In the elections in 2016 Luis de Oliveira won.
