Hagen is a district of the city of Wittingen in Lower Saxony .

geography

The Rundlingsdorf Hagen is located around 1.5 kilometers west of Mahnburg , four kilometers northeast of Knesebeck and two kilometers southwest of Kakerbeck in the Gifhorn district . Hagen has 115 inhabitants (as of 2013).

history

The community was called "Hagen bei Knesebeck" to distinguish it from the nearby community " Hagen bei Sprakensehl ". On March 1, 1974 she came to the municipality of Knesebeck , which became part of the city of Wittingen a month later.

Economy and Infrastructure
