Hajo Netzer

Hajo Netzer , actually Hans-Jochen Netzer (born June 13, 1955 ), is a German social worker with an additional BJR qualification in experiential education , mountaineering and mountain guide .

Life

Hajo Netzer went on mountain hikes with his father as a child. After graduating from high school in Starnberg , he trained as a carpenter , trained as a mountain and ski guide at the Technical University of Munich and studied social pedagogy at the Munich University of Applied Sciences .

Among other things, he took part in six expeditions to climb eight-thousanders, four times he reached the summit, namely from Nanga Parbat , Shishapangma , Cho Oyu and Gasherbrum II . In 2001 he led the first commercial expedition to Nanga Parbat. He also climbed the Fitz Roy in Patagonia , the Denali in Alaska and Mount Vinson in the Antarctic, among others .

He has been a member of the German Society for Mountain and Expedition Medicine since 2001 and has been one of the instructors for the "Expedition Medical Training" of the German Society for Mountain and Expedition Medicine for many years . He is a member of the Association of German Mountain and Ski Guides (VDBS) and the German Alpine Association (DAV).

Netzer was already seen in Herbert Achternbusch's film Das Andechser Feeling in 1974 . In 2003 he was involved in Christian Deicks and Florian Hartung 's two-part documentary White Hell Himalaya (Part 1 The German Mount of Fate ; Part 2 The Competition ). Hartung also shot the documentary “Bergführung ist mein Leben” with Annette Baumeister , which was broadcast in 2003 in the BR series Bergauf-Bergab . He also was the focus of uphill downhill -Follow from the Isar to the Inn - with ski right across the Karwendel (2012; also shown on the Tegernsee Mountain Film Festival ), tours of the Zugspitze - Jubiläumsgrat and Gatterl (2016; directed by Malte Roeper ) and severity Decision - ski crossing in Bergell (2016). In 2006 he was also involved in the WDR documentary Tod am Nanga Parbat - Die Messner -Tragödie (director: Ludwig Ott).

Among other things, he was invited by Erika Schalper as a studio guest in her program News from the Province on LORA Munich .

Netzer lives in Reitham , Warngau , and is a member of the Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen party in the Miesbach district and a member of the district council in the Miesbach district .

He is the father of a daughter.
