Hans-Uwe Bauer

Hans-Uwe Bauer (born August 26, 1955 in Stralsund ) is a German film and theater actor .

life and work

After training as a carpenter at the Berlin State Opera, Hans-Uwe Bauer began studying acting at the Potsdam Film and Television Academy in 1980 . This was followed by theater engagements in Görlitz, Greifswald, Potsdam, Graz and at various Berlin theaters. He made his film debut in 1982 in the DEFA literature adaptation The Residence of the Director Frank Beyer . Other film and television productions were The Ascent of Chimborazo , Good Bye, Lenin! , Sonnenallee , The Lives of Others , West Wind , No Man's Land , various crime scenes and TV film formats .
