Hans Andersen Krüger (born April 6, 1816 in Bevtoft, Hadersleben office ; † August 27, 1881 there ) was a German - Danish farmer , miller and member of the Reichstag .

Life

Krüger was a farm and mill owner, knight of the Dannebrog order and Dannebrog's husband in Bevtoft near Hadersleben . After primary school, Krüger received training as a farmer and schnapps distiller. In 1841 he took over his father's farm, which also included a pub and a distillery. From 1847 to 1864 he was a member of the Schleswig Estates Assembly, 1855 to 1864 of the Imperial Council of the Danish Monarchy and in 1851 of the Notable Assembly in Flensburg.

From 1867 to 1881 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency of the Province of Schleswig-Holstein 1 (Hadersleben), with brief interruptions , but this mandate was withdrawn several times because he had refused to take the oath of allegiance. From 1867 to 1881 he was a member of the Reichstag of the North German Confederation and the German Reichstag for the constituency 1. Schleswig-Holstein, Sonderburg- Hadersleben.

He is one of 18 deserving Danes who are named on the obelisk on Skamlingsbanken .
