The Georg von Cölln or Georg-von-Cölln-Haus in Hanover is a listed building complex consisting of a former office building with a warehouse at the back of a hardware store founded at the beginning of the 19th century . The building named after the entrepreneur Georg von Cölln at the address Am Markte 8 in the Hanover-Mitte district was temporarily used as a "forum on the market" by the Lower Saxony State Museum and served between September 2014 and October 2017 as the provisional parliament building of the Lower Saxony state parliament . It will continue to be used for conferences and meetings.
