Hellen Jemaiyo Kimutai (born December 28, 1977 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .

In 2000 she was third in the Rome Marathon , second in the Vienna City Marathon and fourth in the New York City Marathon . She also won the premiere of the Turin Half Marathon and the 20 km of Paris . Third place in the Berlin Marathon in 2002 was followed by victory in the Hamburg Marathon the following year .

In 2005 she finished third in the Los Angeles Marathon and the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and came ninth at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki . At the end of the season, she won the Milan Marathon .

She took second place each in 2006 at the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and in Milan.

The following year she finished second in the Rome Marathon and won the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon on the third attempt. At the World Athletics Championships in Osaka , she came in 25th.

In 2008 she was third in the Seoul International Marathon and fourth in the Beijing Marathon , in 2009 she was second in the Berlin Half Marathon , the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and the Frankfurt Marathon .

In 2010 she won the half marathon of the Paderborn Easter Run and the Vienna City Marathon.

Hellen Jemaiyo Kimutai is married to a farmer who looks after their four children.
