action
Hercules enjoys a quiet, rural life with his family. From time to time he tells his children about the deeds he has committed and indulges in memories that he also drinks with his best friend Iolaos, who one day comes to visit him . When the two companions are visited in the evening by a stranger named Danion, who asks Hercules to save his brother Andius, who has been captured by a giant monster, the two thirsty farmers embark on a long-awaited adventure.
When they arrive in Danion's town, they find out that no one believes in the story of the monster. They decide to have a drink in a pub, which leads to a fight. Later, their opponents are found dead and it looks like Hercules was the culprit. The inhabitants of the city then intend to lynch the demigod, but shortly before the fight can begin, the monster causes the earth to shake and open, which, among other things, pulls Iolaos down into the depths. The people, now convinced of the monster's existence, leave Hercules, who immediately lets Danion show him the way to the monster's lair. On the way, the two meet Zeus , from whom Hercules learns that the king of the gods had made the monster as ugly as his soul was as punishment for his once committed deeds and that it only became the hideous monster as a result. This is why they want to take revenge on him by thinking of killing his son Hercules. Zeus also gives Hercules the order to kill the monster, since he is unable to do it himself.
Hercules enters the monster's cave, which is criss-crossed with stone paths, together with two city dwellers who hurried after him. The two men soon succumb to their gruesome occupants. The demigod penetrates far into the interior of the labyrinth , where it comes to a fight between him and the monster Minotaur . Hercules eventually gains the upper hand. But when the bullhead reveals to him that he is his brother, fathered by Zeus, Hercules refuses to go on against him. In order to force Hercules to do so, the Minotaur sets about taking the life of the captured Iolaos. Then the demigod rushes against his half-brother again and kicks him through the air with a powerful kick, as a result of which the Minotaur falls on a deadly stone spike. Those captured by the monster are freed. Hercules and Iolaos return to their families.
