Hermann Seul

Hermann Seul (born August 14, 1827 in Koblenz , † March 14, 1912 in Düsseldorf ) was a German district administrator and insurance director in the Rhine province . He sat in the constituent Reichstag of the North German Confederation .

Life

Seul studied 1846-1848 jurisprudence at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn and the Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Berlin . He was an auscultator at the Koblenz Regional Court , trainee lawyer with the government in Koblenz and the government in Düsseldorf . In 1850 he became district administrator of the Neuss district . From 1874 to 1901 he was director of the Rheinische Provinzial Feuersocietät in Düsseldorf.

In 1867 he was a member of the constituent Reichstag of the North German Confederation for the constituency of Düsseldorf 12 ( Neuss , Grevenbroich ) and the Free Conservative Association .
