Kaspar von Heinsberg

Kaspar Josef von Heinsberg (born October 29, 1820 in Linn , today Krefeld , † September 20, 1897 in Wevelinghoven ) was a Prussian administrative officer.

Life

Heinsberg studied camera sciences in Bonn and Munich and was employed by the district governments in Düsseldorf and Münster from 1845 . From 1851 to 1876 he was district administrator for the Grevenbroich district .

On March 15, 1851, he succeeded Richard von Vorst-Gudenau , who had resigned in 1850, as district administrator . Heinsberg remained district administrator of the Grevenbroich district until March 1, 1876, when he was appointed district administrator of the Neuss district. In Neuss he worked as a district administrator until 1888.
