The album entered the German charts at number 1 , which means that RAF 3.0 was able to reach the top position for the first time. Hoch 2 is also the first album by an Austrian musician since Christina Stürmer's Lebe Lauter (2006), which charted from zero to one in Germany.

The songs Träumer (Evol Pt. 3) and Schwarze Sonne were released as singles for download, but could not place themselves in the charts.

In addition to the videos for the singles, a video for the song Phantom and two approximately five-minute video snippets for the album were also released. On October 9, 2013, a music video for the track Last Song was also released.
