IC 4767 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 / a in the constellation Peacock in the southern sky . It is an estimated 153 million light years from the Milky Way and about 65,000 light years in diameter .
The galaxies IC 4764 , IC 4765 , IC 4766 , IC 4770 are in the same region of the sky .

The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on July 20, 1901 .
