IC 4923 is a lens-shaped galaxy of the Hubble type SB0 in the constellation Telescope in the southern sky . It is around 246 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 70,000 light years .
The galaxies IC 4915 , IC 4918 , IC 4925 , IC 4932 are located in the same area of ​​the sky .

The object was discovered by Royal Harwood Frost on August 31, 1904 .
