IC 4941 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBd in the constellation Telescope in the southern sky . In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 6854 , IC 4944 , IC 4947 .

The object was discovered by Royal Harwood Frost on August 31, 1904 .
