The 8th IHF Super Globe was held from September 7th to 12th, 2014 in Doha , Qatar . The FC Barcelona won the tournament in the final against Al Sadd Sports Club .

venue

The tournament was held in the newly built Qatar Handball Association Complex in Doha . The opening of the tournament was at the same time the opening of the sports hall and a test run for the 2015 men's handball world championship , some of which will also be held there.

Bonuses

The Super Globe winner will win $ 400,000 and the runner-up will receive $ 250,000. The third place winner will receive $ 150,000 in prize money. A total of 800,000 US dollars in prize money will be distributed by the International Handball Federation .
