Ignacio Jáuregui (born August 2, 1995 in Mercedes ) is an Argentine football player .

Career

Jáuregui started his career at Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata . In June 2013 he made his debut for the club in the Primera B Nacional when he was substituted on on the 38th match day of the 2012/13 season against CA Sarmiento in the 75th minute for Maximiliano Meza . At the end of the season he rose with Gimnasia in the Primera División .

He made his debut in this in September 2014 when he was in the starting line-up against CSD Defensa y Justicia .

In January 2016 it was awarded for one year to the second division club Sportivo Estudiantes . In 2017 he joined the third division club Ferro Carril Oeste de General Pico .

In summer 2018 he moved to the Austrian second division club WSG Wattens . With WSG Wattens he rose as a second division champion in the Bundesliga , whereupon the club was renamed WSG Tirol.
