The Icelandic Women's Football Championship 1977 ( Icelandic 1. deild kvenna ) was the sixth edition of the Icelandic top division in women's football . It started on May 22, 1977 and ended on July 25, 1977. Six teams met in a double round tournament . Breiðablik Kópavogur won the Icelandic championship for the first time.
