The Icelandic women's football championship in 1986 ( Icelandic 1. deild kvenna ) was the 15th edition of the highest Icelandic division in women's football . It started on May 31, 1986 and ended on September 6, 1986. Seven teams met in a double round tournament . Valur Reykjavík won the Icelandic championship for the second time.
