The Icelandic Women's Football Championship 1985 ( Icelandic 1. deild kvenna ) was the 14th edition of the Icelandic top division in women's football . It started on May 23, 1985 and ended on September 8, 1985. Eight teams met in a double round tournament . The defending champion ÍA Akranes won the Icelandic championship for the second time.
