The Pepsi-deild kvenna 2018 was the 47th season of the Icelandic top division in women's football . It began on May 3 and ended on September 22, 2018 with the 18th matchday. Record champion Breiðablik Kópavogur secured the championship on the penultimate match day ahead of defending champion Þór / KA . The two clubs UMF Grindavík and FH Hafnarfjörður had to relegate to the second class 1. deild kvenna at the end of the season . The top scorer was Berglind Björg Þorvaldsdóttir from Breiðablik Kópavogur with 19 goals.
