The Icelandic Women's Football Championship 1990 ( Icelandic 1. deild kvenna ) was the 19th edition of the highest Icelandic division in women's football . It started on June 1, 1990 and ended on August 25, 1990. Six teams met in a double round tournament . Breiðablik Kópavogur won the Icelandic championship for the seventh time.
