The Icelandic Women's Football Championship 1974 ( Icelandic 1. deild kvenna ) was the third edition of the Icelandic top division in women's football . It started on June 20 and ended on July 31, 1974 with the final between FH Hafnarfjörður and ÍA Akranes (4-0). As the first club in the history of the competition, Hafnarfjörður won the Icelandic championship for the second time.

The final was held on July 31, 1974 on the square of KR Reykjavík . Gyða Ulfarsdóttir scored three goals for FH Hafnarfjörður in the final, and Svanhildur Magnúsdóttir scored for the new champions.
