Jérôme Bachofner (born July 8, 1996 in Dübendorf ) is a Swiss ice hockey player on the position of the striker. He has been under contract with EV Zug in the National League since 2019 .

Player career

Bachofner was trained at the EHC Wallisellen and EHC Dübendorf , then in the youth movement of the ZSC Lions . He made his debut in the National League B in the colors of the GCK Lions  in the 2013/14 season, and in 2014/15 he gained his first experience in the National League A  with the ZSC Lions. In February 2017 he received his first contract as a professional ice hockey player from the city of Zurich. In November 2018, Bachofner signed a three-year contract with EV Zug , which came into force at the start of the 2019/20 season.

National team

In the age groups U16, U17, U18 he was used in the Swiss national team. With a view to the Deutschland Cup  2018, he was appointed to the senior national team for the first time.
