Jacob Buehler Snider

Jacob Buehler Snider (born June 17, 1886 in Grenada , Mississippi , † March 15, 1966 in Pascagoula , Mississippi) was an American politician . Between 1936 and 1940 he was lieutenant governor of the state of Mississippi .

There are almost no usable sources about Jacob Snider. He lived at least temporarily in Mississippi and was a member of the Democratic Party . In 1935 he was elected lieutenant governor of his state alongside Hugh L. White . He held this office between 1936 and 1940. He was Deputy Governor and Chairman of the State Senate . After his time as Lieutenant Governor, his track is lost again.
