The office of Lieutenant Governor of Mississippi ( Lieutenant Governor of Mississippi ) was in the course of conversion of the Mississippi Territory to a state of the United States created. This office was abolished with the State Constitution of 1832 and then reintroduced with the State Constitution of 1869.
