This list includes the lieutenant governors of the U.S. suburb of the Northern Mariana Islands . The office of vice governor has existed since 1978.

Eloy Inos 2009-2013 Covenant party Eloy Inos took the oath of office as Vice Governor on May 1, 2009. In November 2009 he was then elected for a five-year term. After the resignation of Governor Benigno Fitial on February 20, 2013, he took over his office as governor in accordance with the constitution.
