Jan Abaza (born March 1, 1995 ) is an American tennis player .

Career

Abaza has so far mainly played tournaments on the ITF Women's Circuit , where she has already won two tournaments in singles and nine in doubles.

For the WTA Tour's premier tournament , the Southern California Open 2013 , she received a wildcard for qualification , but failed in the second round to Marina Eraković . She also received a wildcard for qualifying for the US Open 2013 ; there she failed in the first round with 1: 6 and 0: 6 against the Chinese Duan Yingying . One of her greatest successes was winning the doubles competition at the US $ 75,000 Coleman Vision Tennis Championships 2014 with her partner Melanie Oudin . She reached the semi-finals with Sanaz Marand at the US $ 100,000 Dow Corning Tennis Classic 2015 , as well as at Bush's $ 50,000 Waco Showdown 2015 in November 2015 with Viktorija Golubic .

She played her last international tournament so far in November 2016. Therefore, she is no longer in the world rankings.
