From this came the book Maria, he doesn't like it! that he doesn't want to be understood autobiographically , but as fiction . The book mixes fictional elements with the stories of the father-in-law "Antonio" and the experiences of Weiler with his Italian family in a humorous way. In 2005, the successor Antonio appeared in Wonderland .

Since 2004 he can be seen and heard as a reader of his works on various city tours. The resulting travel diary was processed literarily in his book In My Little Land 2006.
