Jason Jeremy Freese [ ˈd͡ʒeɪsən ˈd͡ʒɛərəmi fɹiːs ] (born January 12, 1975 in Orange County , California , USA ) is a member of the live band of the American punk rock band Green Day , for which he takes on background vocals. He plays piano , keyboard , saxophone , guitar , accordion and trombone and has already performed on stage with numerous other bands and singers. Freese is also known through his brother Josh Freese .
