Jason Reese (born January 28, 1988 in Gresham , Oregon ) is an American ice hockey player who has played for the Thousand Islands Privateers from the Federal Hockey League since 2011 .
Career
In the 2003/04 season , Reese made his debut in the Western Hockey League , one of the top three junior leagues in Canada. There he played until 2006 for the Vancouver Giants , with whom the striker won the President's Cup in the 2005/06 season , and then for the Moose Jaw Warriors and the Tri-City Americans . With the Americans he reached the final of the Western Conference in the 2007/08 season . After the end of his junior years, he moved to the Central Hockey League in 2009 , where he completed 16 games for the Texas Brahmas and ten for the Arizona Sundogs before joining Wichita Thunder for the rest of the season .
For the 2010/11 season Reese went to the Quad City Mallards , where he was not used. He then moved to the ice hockey league , where he was initially on the ice in twelve games for EHC Dortmund . However, his contract in Dortmund was not renewed, so Reese signed a contract with Moskitos Essen in December .
In the summer of 2011 he left the mosquitos and moved to the Federal Hockey League for the Thousand Islands Privateers .
