Javier "Javi" Fuego Martínez (born January 4, 1984 in Pola de Serio , Asturias ) is a Spanish football player .

Career

society

The native Asturian Javi Fuego played for five years, from 2002 to 2007 for his home club Sporting Gijón , having previously played for their second team in midfield. In the 2007/2008 season he was active for the first division club UD Levante , which he left after relegation at the end of the season.

In August 2008 Javi Fuego moved to the Spanish first division club Recreativo Huelva . Even after relegation in 2009 , he stayed with the club in the Segunda División . In the summer of 2010 he moved to league rivals Rayo Vallecano .

For the 2013/14 season Fuego moved to Valencia CF and received a two-year contract there. In 2016 he joined Espanyol Barcelona .

In January 2018 he moved to Villarreal .

National team

Javi Fuego has a total of 17 missions for the U-19, U-20, U-21 and U-22 of Spain.
