Joelle Tourlonias

Joëlle Tourlonias (* 1985 in Hanau ) is a German illustrator .

Life

Joëlle Tourlonias studied visual communication with a focus on illustration and painting at the Bauhaus University Weimar . She has been working as a freelance artist since 2009. In 2011 four picture books illustrated by her will appear, including “Mikropolis” ( publishing house Jacoby & Stuart Berlin). The Komische Oper Berlin will be performing the children's opera of the same name by Christian Jost (music) and Michael Frowin (libretto) from October 2011.

Joëlle Tourlonias lives in Düsseldorf .
