Johann Philipp Conrad Falcke

Johann Philipp Conrad Falcke (born May 12 or May 17, 1724 in Elze , † May 26, 1805 in Hanover ) was a German lawyer .

Life

Falcke joined the justice service of the Principality of Hesse-Darmstadt . From 1753 he was court advisor and judicial advisor in Celle . In 1763 he was court and chancery in Hanover and legal consultant "advocate patriae" of the state government, especially in processes over prerogatives of princes. From 1767 to 1776 he worked in Wetzlar at the Imperial Court of Justice. From 1787 he was director of the judiciary in Hanover.

He wrote several legal papers.

He was a friend of Johann Stephan Pütter , with whom he frequented Wetzlar every day , and with whom he shared with Julius Melchior Strube (1723–1777), son of Vice Chancellor David Georg Strube (1694–1776), in the summer and autumn of 1747 , Visited Regensburg and Vienna .
