Johanna Maria Baltensberger Rasmussen (born July 2, 1983 in Nykøbing Falster ) is a Danish soccer player . The player was under contract with the Swedish club Kristianstads DFF from 2011 to 2016 and plays for the Danish national team , of which she was the team captain for a while.

Rasmussen began her career at Club B in 1921 in Nykøbing Falster . From 2002 to 2007 she played for Fortuna Hjørring , with whom she was in the 2003 UEFA Women's Cup final , which was lost 4-1 and 3-0 to Umeå IK . From 2008 to 2009 Rasmussen played for Umeå IK and won the championship in 2008 and reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Women's Cup in 2009 . In 2008 and 2009 she reached the cup final with Umeå , but always lost to Linköpings FC . In 2010 he worked for Atlanta Beat and in 2011 for magicJack in the WPS . From 2011 to 2016 she played for Kristianstads DFF, where she was loaned to the Icelandic club Valur Reykjavík for four league and one cup games in 2012 . For the 2017 season she moved to the new Swedish champions Linköpings FC. Due to a cruciate ligament injury , she could not be used in her first season. In 2018 she was able to score four goals in 16 games. With Linköping she played again in the UEFA Women's Champions League , but had only one appearance in the round of 32 in the 6-1 away win against Ukrainian champions Zhytlobud-1 Kharkiv , where she scored the fifth goal for her team.

National teams

In 2000, she took part with the U-17 team in the Nordic Cup , in which the Danish team took 5th place. With the U-19 team, she took part in the U-18 European Championship , where Denmark was third, and in 2002 at the U-19 European Championship , in which Denmark was eliminated in the semi-finals, and the U-19 World Cup , in the in the quarterfinals against the eventual winner USA the end came.

On October 17, 2002 Rasmussen made his debut in a game against Germany in the Danish senior team. She took part in the European Championships in 2005, 2009 and 2013 as well as in the World Cup in 2007. In 110 international matches so far, Rasmussen has scored 30 goals, making her the fifth best goalscorer in the national team. She made her 100th international match on March 8, 2013 in the Algarve Cup group game against Norway.

In July 2013 she took part with the national team at the European Championship in Sweden , where she was eliminated with her team in the semi-finals.

In September 2016 , she and her team qualified as one of the best runners-up in the group for the 2017 European Women's Football Championship , for which she could not be considered due to an injury.

On November 28, 2016, she made her 150th international match in a 3-1 friendly against Belgium .

After Katrine Pedersen , she has played the most international matches for Denmark.
