Jonathon Gary Frank Mirasty (born June 4, 1982 in Meadow Lake , Saskatchewan ) is a Canadian ice hockey player who is currently under contract with the Sorel-Tracy Éperviers in the LNAH .

Career

Jon Mirasty began his career as a hockey player in the Canadian Junior Western Hockey League , where he played for the Prince Albert Raiders , Tri-City Americans and Moose Jaw Warriors from 2000 to 2002 . He then spent a year with the OCN Blizzard in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League . In the 2003/04 season , the winger ran for the Bakersfield Condors in the ECHL . There he began the following season before he was on the ice in the further course of the season for their league rivals Greenville Grrrowl and Mission de Sorel-Tracy from the Ligue Nord-Americaine de Hockey and the Danbury Trashers from the United Hockey League . He also began the 2005/06 season in Danbury, before he was active in the LNAH for his ex-team Mission de Sorel-Tracy in the following year and a half.

From 2007 to 2011 Mirasty was under contract with the Syracuse Crunch in the American Hockey League . In the 2010/11 season he also played for their cooperation partner Elmira Jackals from the ECHL and Fort Wayne Komets from the Central Hockey League . For the 2011/12 season , the Canadian was finally committed by Vitjas Chekhov from the Continental Hockey League . In the summer of 2012, the Kazakh KHL club Barys Astana signed him . After the end of the 2012/13 season , his contract was not extended.
