Career

society

Joonas Tamm started his football career with JK Tulevik Viljandi . He made his debut for the professional team in the Meistriliiga season 2008 against JK Kalev Sillamäe on March 29, 2008, when he came on in the 62nd minute of play for Jüri Jevdokimov . After only one season at Viljandi, Tamm moved to the Estonian record champions FC Flora Tallinn . He made his first game at the capital club in the Estonian Supercup against city rivals FC Levadia Tallinn , but after 21 minutes of play, the latter saw the red card. At the end of the game, Flora won the game despite being outnumbered , because just 2 minutes after Tamm was sent off, Mikk Reintam made it 1-0 before Siksten Kasimir was able to increase to 2-0 shortly after the break . Indrek Zelinski could only reduce to 1: 2. In the same year, Tamm also won the Estonian Cup . In September 2009, Tamm first moved to Sampdoria Genoa from the Italian Serie A on loan until the end of the year , in order to recommend himself there for a contract. In 2010 he came back to Estonia where he won the 2010 championship with Flora Tallinn at the end of the season .

For the season beginning in 2011 moved to Tamm Swedish climber IFK Norrkoping , as runner-up of the Superettan 2010 in the Allsvenskan had risen, and signed a contract for four years. In addition to Tamm, Mathias Florén and Martin Smedberg-Dalence also signed a contract in Norrköping at the same time .

National team

Tamm made his first international appearance for Estonia shortly after his debut in the Meistriliiga in the U-17 of Estonia. Further missions in the U-19 followed. The first game in the Estonian U-21 was Tamm under the German coach Frank Bernhardt in August 2011 against Azerbaijan's U-21 when Albert Prosa came on in the 60th minute . Before that, he had already played two games in the senior national team of the Baltic States during an international trip to South America against Chile and Uruguay . In the biggest competitive win of the Estonian national soccer team, the 6-0 away win in the World Cup qualifier against Gibraltar on October 7, 2017, Tamm scored his first three goals for the Estonian national team with a flawless hat trick .
