Joyce Hyser

Joyce Hyser (born December 20, 1957 in New York City , New York ) is an American actress .

Life

Hyser made her acting debut in 1980 in the comedy film The Hollywood Knights , in which she played a minor supporting role on the side of Tony Danza and Fran Drescher . Other supporting roles followed, including in Sylvester Stallone's Staying Alive with John Travolta in the lead role. In 1984 she played in the music video I Can Dream About You by Dan Hartman . The following year she had her only feature film lead role in As a Boy She Is Awesome . This film marked a turning point in her career, in the episode she initially only played in television series , including recurring guest roles in LA Law as Allison Gottlieb and in Flash as Megan Lockhart . Her last film role to date, she played in Greedy in 1994 alongside Michael J. Fox and Kirk Douglas .

Hyser was in a relationship with rock musician Bruce Springsteen for five years in the 1980s . She also had relationships with Warren Beatty and Timothy Hutton .
