Julie Carmen
Julie Carmen (born April 4, 1954 in Millburn , New Jersey ) is an American actress .
She was best known for her role as Regine in Fright Night II (1988). In the drama True Women (1997), she starred alongside Annabeth Gish and Angelina Jolie . Today she works as a psychotherapist.
