Kampf der Realitystars is a German reality show in which celebrities live together for several weeks in a house on a beach in Thailand and fight for 50,000 euros in various games. The first season has been broadcast on RTL ZWEI since July 22, 2020 . The shooting took place on Ko Phuket from mid-February 2020 . The off-speaker is Robert Steudtner.
concept
The candidates live for four weeks in a “sala”, an open bamboo hut, on a tropical beach bay on Phuket. In various games they fight for the title “Realitystar 2020” and for a prize of 50,000 euros.
In the course of each episode, additional candidates join the candidate field. At the “Hour of Truth”, the successors have the power to choose two of the candidates who have been drafted before them and are protected from being voted out even at their first “Hour of Truth”.
The candidates can earn luxury goods, but also lose existing ones. In addition, the candidates must regularly assess themselves in different categories. The ranking results were determined in the run-up to the broadcast in a panel of RTL ZWEI viewers.

episode 1
At the beginning Sandy Faehse, Annemarie Eilfeld, Kate Merlan, Hubert Fella, Momo Chahine, Andrea Fürstin von Sayn-Wittgenstein, Oliver Sanne and Jürgen Milski arrived. After the first game "Reality Check", the candidates were allowed to keep three of their eight beds. The twins Tayisiya and Yana Morderger joined the group as successors. Georgina Fleur and Sam Dylan followed suit. Jürgen Milski won the second game “Aftershowparty” and received nomination protection for the “Hour of Truth”.
In the first hour of truth, Tayisiya and Yana Morderger chose Hubert Fella and Georgina Fleur and Sam Dylan chose Oliver Sanne from the show.
Episode 2
At the beginning, Johannes Haller and Melissa Damilia joined the group as successors. In the first game, "Personal Bankruptcy", four candidates lost access to their wardrobes. In the second game, “Cocktailparty”, the twins Tayisiya and Yana Morderger were able to win nomination protection. The remaining candidates had previously refused to participate in the game.
In the second hour of truth Melissa Damilia decided on Annemarie Eilfeld, Johannes Haller gave his vote to Jürgen Milski.
Episode 3
At the beginning of the episode, Dijana Cvijetic and then Willi Herren were added as successors. In the game "Rumor Mill" the candidates regained access to all but one wardrobe. Georgina Fleur and Andrea Fürstin von Sayn-Wittgenstein took the lead in the second game, “Unnecessarily complicated quiz”.
In the third hour of truth, the majority of the residents decided against Tayisiya Morderger, then Dijana Cvijetic and Willi Herren against their sister Yana.
Episode 4
After Tayisiya and Yana Morderger left, Marcellino Kremers and Aurelie Tshamala arrived in the Thai Bay as successors. After the game "Reality Race", the six slowest candidates were chained together as pairs for the rest of the day. The winning duo Dijana Cvijetic and Kate Merlan received nomination protection in the safety game "Washing dirty laundry".
In the fourth hour of truth, the group decided against Sandy Faehse's whereabouts. The followers decided against Andrea Princess von Sayn-Wittgenstein.
Episode 5
For the candidates who were eliminated in the previous episode, Zoe Saip and Stephan Jerkel moved up. In the game “Limousine Service” the stars had to gain eight kilos of body weight together. Since they narrowly lost the game at 7.5 kilos, they earned the appropriate shower minutes before the water was turned off. In the safety game "Interview Marathon", the winning team Georgina Fleur and Melissa Damilia answered most of the interview questions correctly. Both were able to protect another candidate from being voted out of office at the “Hour of Truth”. Together they decided on Sam Dylan.
In the fifth hour of truth, the group decided against Aurelie Tshamala's whereabouts. The followers, who had previously agreed on Aurelie, now decided on Dijana Cvijetic.
Episode 6
For the two previously eliminated candidates, professional soccer player Kevin Pannewitz and party singer Krümel were the last to arrive in Thailand. The game "Shitstorm" was lost and a planned surprise was lost. Georgina Fleur and Willi Herren were able to win nomination protection in the safety game “Titeleite”.
In the sixth hour of truth there was a tie between Stephan and Zoe. Both received five votes from their colleagues, so Krümel and Kevin had to choose between the two. They decided against the whereabouts of Zoe and ultimately Marcellino.

David Grzeschik commented positively on the format atquotemeter.de, praising, among other things, the "extensive selection of trash-tested 'celebrities'" and compared it with the Sat.1 program Promis unter Palmen . In addition, the simple concept and the games to which the participants have to compete were convincing in the "fight of the reality stars".
