The Canton Chambery 3 is a French administrative unit in the department of Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . As a result of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons, it was newly created in 2015 and, in addition to part of the prefecture of Chambéry, includes its western suburb of Cognin . Chambéry is the main town (French: bureau centralisateur ).
