The District of Saint-Esteve was 2015 a French constituency in the district Perpignan , in the department of Pyrenees-Orientales and the region Languedoc-Roussillon . Its main town was Saint-Estève . Élie Puigmal ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2001 to 2015 .
